Graeme Morissey

Chief Financial Officer

Mr Morissey joins Belararox from previous Director-level roles in the audit divisions of global accounting firms EY, KPMG and Grant Thornton. He has over 15 years’ direct experience in servicing clients within the mining exploration and development sector. This includes specific expertise extending across compliance with Australian Accounting Standards, the Corporations Act, Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and Department of Mines regulation.

Mr Morissey has also consulted directly to CFOs within the Australian mining sector, which has included services pertaining to optimisation of management and Board reporting processes, cashflow forecasting, and budgeting.

Mr Morissey is a Chartered Accountant (CA), a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University in Canada.

Dr Steve Garwin

Chief Technical Advisor

Dr Steve Garwin is an independent consultant based in Perth, Western Australia with more than 35 years of experience as an exploration geologist. Steve has worked on gold and copper projects with more than 40 clients in over 20 countries, including ten years with Newmont Mining, Nevada, where he was Chief Geologist for 2 years.

Steve is a fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists, a fellow of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and a fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. He obtained his B.Sc. in geology from Stanford, M.Sc. from the University of British Columbia and Ph.D. (with distinction) from the University of Western Australia. He is an adjunct research fellow at the Centre for Exploration Targeting at UWA and has authored and co-authored more than 50 scientific papers and abstracts.

Steve is one of the leading authorities on porphyry, epithermal and Carlin-style mineralisation in the circum-Pacific region. He has been involved in several, major exploration and mining projects, including the Batu Hijau porphyry Cu-Au mine in Indonesia; the gold mines of the Carlin and Battle Mountain Trends in Nevada; the Cortadera porphyry Cu-Au-Mo deposit cluster in northern Chile; the Tier 1 Alpala porphyry Cu-Au-Ag deposit, Tandayama porphyry Cu-Au and Cacharposa porphyry Cu-Au deposit in Ecuador; and the Hemi intrusion-hosted gold deposit cluster in the Pilbara Craton of Western Australia.

In addition to being the chief technical advisor to the TMT Project of Belararox, Steve is chief technical advisor to SolGold Plc. (SOLG:L and SOLG:TSX-V) and Hot Chili Ltd. (HCH:ASX and HCH:TSX-V); senior technical advisor to Aurania Resources Ltd. (AUR:TSX-V); and technical advisor to Japan Gold Corp. (JG:TSX-V).

Dr Greg Partington

Chief Technical Consultant

Dr Gregor Partington is the Managing Director of Kenex, which is focused on creating and managing opportunities through the application of spatial and predictive modelling. He has been involved in mining and exploration in Australasia for 40 years and has experience in discovery, management and development of projects for gold, copper, silver, tin, tungsten tantalum, lithium and PGE metals. He has successfully developed and managed several listed exploration companies, and has a proven track record of increasing shareholder value. Greg and the Kenex team have led the development of the first, and subsequent, predictive GIS-based mineral potential maps for several areas in Australia including the areas around the BelearaRox tenements in NSW and WA.

Sherrie Baker

Executive Assistant / Administration Manager

Ms Baker is a high-level Executive Assistant with an extensive background in Oil and Gas, Mining, Corporate Finance, and the Investment Banking sectors. Ms Baker has over 20 years’ experience working with senior executive management and board members in companies such as Clough, Bhagwan Marine, and Macquarie Bank in Perth and Sydney.

Ms Baker holds both Administration and Accounting qualifications and has also completed Corporate Governance studies at the AICD.
